These operational records relate to acquisitions of real property, personal property, non-personal services, and supplies as part of daily procurement operations. This chapter includes the contract case files and related papers, but EXCLUDES records related to acquisitions of facilities for Presidential libraries. The latter records are covered in Chapter 14. Also EXCLUDED are records maintained at regional records services facilities (see Chapter 2, items 266 and 267).
