Reference Service Information for Microfilm
The National Archives at Kansas City has recently relocated to a new facility in the Union Station District of Kansas City. Some textual records and microfilm researchers may wish to view are not stored at this facility, but can be pulled for researchers with advanced notice. All researchers are encouraged to contact the archives in advance of visiting to ensure that the records or microfilm wanted will be available. To ensure timely service, researchers must request original records and microfilm in writing or via telephone 3 business days in advance of wanting to view the records.
