Security clearance applicants from government contractors, licensees, certificate holders, or grantees must go through their Facility Security Officer (FSO). The FSO will contact the appropriate government contact to address the issue. In cases where there are multiple cleared facilities within a single company, the multiple facility organization will establish a single focal point to submit reports to the above government contacts.
