From I-95 North and I-95 South: Exit onto I-395 North via exit number 53 toward downtown. I-395 North becomes South Howard Street.
- For Underground Parking (Fallon Building): Turn right onto West Pratt Street. Turn left onto South Hanover Street. When the street ends, you should be across from the entrance to the garage.
- For Arena Parking: Stay on South Howard Street. The parking garage will be on your right after you cross West Lombard Street.
Parking: Underground parking is available for $15.00 per day. The entrance is on East Lombard Street. Arena parking is available across the street for about $8.50 per day*. The entrance is on South Howard Street. Exit the parking area on the Hopkins Place street side to access the Fallon Federal Building.

- From Turnpike East/West:
Exit the Turnpike at Exit #247. Take 283 North (Harrisburg/Hershey). Follow 322 (Lewistown), which is also 83 North, for about 3 miles. Where the road splits, bear left and follow 81 south. Take the Cameron Street Exit and at the third traffic light, turn left onto 22 By-Pass (Arsenal Blvd.). At next light, make a left onto Pine Drive and at the first stop sign, turn right onto Sanley Drive. Go 2/10 mile to The State Records Center Building on the right.
- From I-81 North/South:
Take the Cameron Street Exit and at the third traffic light, turn left onto 22 By-Pass (Arsenal Blvd.). At next light, make a left onto Pine Drive and at the first stop sign, turn right onto Sanley Drive. Go 2/10 mile to The State Records Center Building on the right.
- From York:

Parking: Free. You may park anywhere at the far end of the parking lot and enter the building using Door 'C'.

The facility is located on the ground level of the Nix Federal Building. Enter on the Chestnut Street side between 9th and 10th Streets.

- Subway: Market-Frankford Line. Exit at 8th Street.
- Bus: Many SEPTA and NJ Transit buses stop in the vicinity. For routes that stop at the main entrance, SEPTA buses #9, #21, #38, and #42 stop at 9th Street and Chestnut.

Directions:The facility is in northeast Philadelphia, about 22 miles from Center City Philadelphia and 25 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport.
- Public Transportation:

- From the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take Exit 351 to US 1 south. Merge into left lane after second traffic light and turn left at the third traffic light, about 1.5 miles from the turnpike exit, onto Southampton Road. Turn left at second traffic light onto Townsend Road and continue until the road bends to the right. Just after the bend, turn left into the NARA entrance. There is plenty of free parking available for the NARA building.
- From I-95:
Exit at Woodhaven Road (Route 63) and go west to US-1. Exit north on US-1 to the second traffic light and turn right onto Southampton Road. At second traffic light, turn left onto Townsend Road and continue until the road bends to the right. Just after the bend, turn left into the NARA entrance. There is plenty of free parking available for the NARA building.

Take 3rd exit "Air Business, Cargo and 99th Army" Right jug handle exit to traffic light controlled crossing for PA 60. Air Business Park is on south side of highway. Gray buildings with red trim.
Enter Airside Dr., Right onto Lindbergh Drive. Building 200 is on west side of parking lot, beyond the clock. TSA Office is on first floor. - From Youngstown, Ohio
Take Interstate 76 E to exit 10 for PA 60 So. (toll) toward New Castle/Pittsburgh. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for PA-60-TOLL S/Beaver/Pittsburgh and merge onto PA-60-TOLL S. Continue on PA-60 S for 18.5 miles and take exit 8 for PA-60-BR toward Moon. Continue on PA-60-BHR S for 3 miles before making a right at Horizon Drive. Continue for 0.3 mile before Airside Drive.
- From West Virginia/Ohio
Take Interstate 79 N, toward Pittsburgh, from the intersection with Interstate 70. Take exit 59B to merge onto US-22 W/US-30 W toward Airport. Continue on Orange Belt/PA-60 N (2 miles) Take exit 3 to merge onto Airport Pkwy/Orange Belt/PA-60-BR toward Moon (2.8 miles). Make a slight right toward Airside Drive and then a slight right at Airside Drive.
- From Northern PA.
From Interstate 79 S., take exit 65 toward PA-51/Neville Island. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for PA-51 N/Coraopolis. Turn left at Yellow Belt and after about a mile turn right at 4th Ave/PA-51 N. After 1.4 miles, turn left on Thorn Run Road and continue for approximately 2.6 miles. Make a slight right onto the PA-60-BR N ramp to Airport and go 0.2 mile before merging onto Airport Pkwy/Orange Belt/PA-60-BR. Travel another 0.2 mile and take a slight right toward Airside Drive (0.3 mile) and then a slight right at Airside Drive. - From Eastern PA
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike take exit 57 for I-376 W/US-22 toward Pittsburgh (Partial toll road). Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-376 W/US-22 W/Pittsburgh and merge onto US-22 W for 24.6 miles. Continue on Orange Belt/PA-60 N for 2 miles. Take exit 3 to merge onto Airport Pkwy/Orange Belt/PA-60-BR toward Moon for 2.8 miles. Make a slight right toward Airside Drive and then a slight right at Airside Drive.
