Sample Schedule Using Model 2

The following is an example of a Model 2 schedule that an agency headed by a Director might submit to cover all of its electronic copies. Because the agency's organizational components have separate schedules, it has chosen to group records by component. It is offered here only to show how an agency would provide grouped dispositions for most electronic copies, and individual dispositions for selected series. Were this an actual situation, you would develop your specific proposed dispositions based on your series-based review.

1. Records accumulated by the Office of the Director

  1. Electronic copies created on electronic mail and word processing systems for all series covered by Disposition Jobs N1-888-88-1, N1-888-91-1, and N1-888-93-1, except those listed under Items 1(b) - 1(f) on this SF 115.
