Sample Schedule Using Model 2

The following is an example of a Model 2 schedule that an agency headed by a Director might submit to cover all of its electronic copies. Because the agency's organizational components have separate schedules, it has chosen to group records by component. It is offered here only to show how an agency would provide grouped dispositions for most electronic copies, and individual dispositions for selected series. Were this an actual situation, you would develop your specific proposed dispositions based on your series-based review.
