MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: 2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey

The National Archives and Records Administration has opened the online 2016 Records Management Customer Satisfaction Survey to capture your opinions regarding NARA's records management services. Completion is voluntary, but we hope you will take the brief survey, as we will use your feedback to shape our services in the future. Attached to this message is a blank questionnaire for reference purposes only.

You will receive an email from LJ Divine (lj.divine@nara.gov) with a link to the survey tool. Once in the survey, you will find more detailed instructions on how to complete the survey. Please be aware of the following information before you enter your responses:

  • If you must exit the report before completing it you will be able to return to the survey using the original link.
  • If you would like to print your survey responses, you must use your browser to print off each page. You will have the opportunity to review, change, and print off your responses until you submit the survey using the Done button at the end of the survey.
  • Once you have submitted your survey, you may exit the survey by closing your browser tab or window.

You will have until 11:59 pm EDT, September 2, 2016, to provide responses in the online survey. We estimate it will take between five to ten minutes to complete.

We look forward to receiving your input! If you have any questions about the survey, please contact LJ Divine at lj.divine@nara.gov or (303) 604-4702.
