MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY RECORDS CONTACTS: FAQs about Managing Federal Records in Cloud Computing Environments.
I am pleased to notify you that NARA has published a "FAQs About Managing Federal Records in Cloud Computing Environments." This FAQ provides a basic overview of cloud computing, its benefits and concerns, and records management implications that agencies will need to consider when implementing cloud computing services. NARA intends to issue a more comprehensive bulletin on this topic by the end of the fiscal year.
