Selected Documents and Photographs from the Public Vaults Exhibit
The Public Vaults exhibit features hundreds of documents and artifacts from the nationwide holdings of the National Archives. Most of these items have been scanned and are available online in the ARC database.

Search Hint: To locate the collection of materials from the Public Vaults exhibit:
1. Print a Print-Friendly Version of these instructions for your reference.
2. Go to http://www.archives.gov/research/arc/.
3. Press the yellow Search button to go to the Basic search screen.
4. Enter Public Vaults in the Keywords box.
5. Select the limit results radio button for 2000.
6. Select the box marked Descriptions of Archival Materials linked to digital copies.
7. Press the Go button.
8. When hits are returned for your search, view the full result of your hit by selecting the Title link.
