Budget: $51,700,000 over a 20-year lease

Construction Start Date: November 2003 (site grading)

Groundbreaking Date: February 19, 2004

Initial Occupancy: Mid-August 2004 (office, dock space & two storage bays); remaining five storage bays to be occupied through October 2005.

Formal Dedication: February 16, 2005

Directions:
1-675 South to Exit 7 (Anvil Block Road). Take Anvil Block Road East to entrance of Southpark Business Park. Follow Southpark Boulevard to the NARA entrance (4712 Southpark Blvd.)
