Future Forum: The Austin Bombings: Race and the Media

The Future Forum invites you to join us as we honor the victims and reflect on the media coverage of last year's package bombings in Austin. For this event, we are assembling journalists and critical media consumers to address the ways in which racial biases shaped the narrative surrounding the bombings as well as strategies and ideas for minimizing the reflection of biases in future news.

Registration: 6 - 6:30 p.m.

Discussion: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
