In her latest book, Mr. President, How Long Must We Wait? author Tina Cassidy weaves together the storylines of the relationship between notable suffragist Alice Paul and President Woodrow Wilson in her fight for women’s equality. This is a rousing story of a crucial moment in American history that resulted in the passage of the 19th Amendment.  A book signing follows the program.

Rightfully Hers, a new exhibit to mark the centennial of the 19th Amendment,  will open this year.

Rightfully Hers is being made possible in part by the National Archives Foundation through the generous support of Unilever, Pivotal Ventures, Carl M. Freeman Foundation in honor of Virginia Allen Freeman, AARP, AT&T, Ford Motor Company Fund, Facebook, Barbara Lee Family Foundation Fund at the Boston Foundation, Google, HISTORY ®, and Jacqueline B. Mars.
