The Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides operational leadership to ensure agency-wide support and accountability through customer-driven decision making. The following organizational structure supports this effort: Regional Liaisons, Corporate Records Management, and Performance and Accountability. The COO Chairs the Internal Customer Service Council and provides unified leadership across the six program offices: Federal Register, Agency Services, Research Services, Legislative Archives Presidential Libraries & Museum Services, Information Services, and Business Support Services.
