Agency Services: Federal Records Centers

NARA's Federal Records Centers (FRCs) provide comprehensive records storage and retrieval services for Federal agencies on a fee-for-service basis. The FRCs operate centers in nine regions across the country. Staff at the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) provide services relating to military and civilian records, annually providing over 1 million veterans and their next-of-kin with copies of documents needed to prove their eligibility for benefits.
