Catherine Horst vs. United States of America

Transcribe an insurance dispute by the aunt of a United States Marine killed in World War I. Private Albert Marshall filled out a War Insurance Risk policy and named his aunt, Catherine Horst, as the beneficiary. Initially the payments were made to his step-father.
