Use the NPRC Digital Delivery Portal only if you have already made a request for your records. You will need the Service Request (SR) Number that was sent to you to access your records from the digital portal. The number is formatted as 2- followed by 11 digits.

Or you can telephone the NPRC Customer Service Line (this is a long-distance call for most customers):
314-801-0800 peak calling times are weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CT.
Staff is available to take your call as early as 7:00 a.m. and as late as 5:00 p.m. CT.
