To obtain and direct the placement in the Capitol or on the Capitol Grounds of a 
statue to honor Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Sandra 
Day O'Connor and a statue to honor Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the 
United States Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
