That information reflected the data available from NARA’s data warehouse at that time. In preparing this report, NARA reviewed its FOIA data that had been closed in previous years and determined that not all data had been updated in its data warehouse. NARA is in the process of examining all its FOIA data to ensure that requests that have already been closed are accurately reflected in the data warehouse and consistent with NARA’s FOIA tracking systems. The data in NARA’s FOIA tracking systems indicates that NARA has 4,396 pending perfected requests at the end of FY 2015. Accordingly, this number is reflected in Section VII.D.
