For the lunch memo (i.e., by 5pm tomorrow), I need three memos:



1.  Educ TV:  Greg/Skila, we need a proposal for a WH summit with net 

leaders to lock in the 3 hours.  Proposal should suggest timing of 

proposal, timing of meeting.



2.  Comp Time:  Elaine/Skila, we need to know what policies VP wants POTUS 

to lay out at fam conf.  John Angel is working this for Panetta, in terms 

of an approach to all labor issues (i.e., TEAM, etc.).



3.  Computers in Classroom:  Greg, VP wants a plan to improve our 

"marketing" of what we are doing to connect classrooms.  Dem Govs 

criticized our success in getting this word out.
