I had it exactly backwards this AM:  VP DID discuss Fr. Vega w/Potus, just 

not the other items; i.e., ACOG detailees, OPM privatization, and Agency 

Report Progress.  (They did not discuss bite size rego, but you have 

something new on that anyway).





Second, on Tenn Welf Waiver -- could you check where this is and what the 

timeline is?  McWherter is hot on getting this done, and hot on VP 

announcing that it is done in a way that helps us in tenn.  Thanks.
