Kumiki:  Can we do this with less of a report on what happened (VP has 

already done this at the last  lunch) and more specificity on a time line 

(and it needs to be faster) and on a plan for us to take hold of (and it 

needs to be tighter, perhaps by having DoJ get involved???) the race
