Your memo is brilliant, superb, excellent, and insightful.  My IQ went up 

5 points just from reading it.  I think it will be enormously helpful to 

the VP.  I have nothing to add.



As for the logistics, please put this memo in his book tonight in a 

CONFIDENTIAL way (sealed envelope).  Tell the briefers that it should be 

handled the way that my lunch memo to the VP is handled -- they will 

understand that.
