There will be a memo from Kay in your book tonight concerning the head 

table seating at tomorrow's luncheon.  Aside from her issues, I wanted you 

to be aware that due to protocol issues, Senator Specter  will be at the 

head table.  He is the senior most member of the Senate attending the 

luncheon and as you know, we usually seat that person at your table.  We 

are also at a loss for other significant hosts, so that placing him at 

another table would obviously be a slight.  I will be working on the 

seating late into the night, so feel free to page me should you have any 

questions.  Otherwise, I will see you tomorrow at the State Departme
