I know the cabinet spouses lunch is private, so we don't need to big 

briefing paper.  However, would you mind doing a quick paragraph on what 

it is, who is expected to be there and perhaps when the last time she 

attended a lunch?  The memo format is in the green binder on my desk.  

Nothing fancy.  But I think she should have a little peice of paper.  



I think we just need "event" and under "program notes" the attendees if 

you know who they will be.  No logisitics or "your role" is needed.
