The VP's weekly lunch with the POTUS is tentatively scheduled for 

Wednesday the 19th.  All senior department heads should begin to think 

about what, if any, material they would like included in Ron's memo to the 

Vice President.  Please let me know as soon  as possible who I should look 

out for.  If you are submitting material, you should have it to me no
