Records of the Joint Committees of Congress

History and Jurisdiction

The records of the Joint Committees of Congress are designated as Record Group 128 in the National Archives. They are described in the hard-copy versions of both the Guide to the Records of the House of Representatives at the National Archives (Chapter 23), and the Guide to the Records of the U.S. Senate at the National Archives (Chapter 19).
