MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Survey of Federal Agency Records Management Applications.

We are pleased to notify you that NARA has issued a Survey of Federal Agency Records Management Applications, which was completed in 2007. The results are now available at http://www.archives.gov/records-mgmt/resources/rma-study-07.pdf. NARA surveyed five Federal agencies who are implementing Records Management Application (RMA) software products to manage their electronic records. The report summarizes the survey responses, covering the successes or mixed-successes of the software products against agency expectations.
