The National Archives at Riverside assists student-historians in understanding archives and research. We will work with students interested in locating primary source materials related to their research topics. Digitized Materials

Calisphere is the University of California's free public gateway to a world of digitized primary sources, including photographs, documents, newspaper pages, political cartoons, works of art, diaries, transcribed oral histories, advertising, and other unique cultural artifacts. Calisphere's content has been selected from the libraries and museums of the UC campuses, and from a variety of cultural heritage organizations across California.

Historic Newspapers

Chronicling America provides free access to search American historic newspaper pages from 1836-1922. This site is managed by the Library of Congress.
