A selective edition of the papers of Benjamin Henry Boneval Latrobe (1764 –1820), architect and engineer. Latrobe designed the south wing of the United States Capitol, and the first urban water supply system in America (Philadelphia). Latrobe was a major proponent of the Greek Revival style in American building. The edition includes a series of architectural and engineering drawings and a volume reproducing selected sketches and paintings. The NHPRC also funded a comprehensive collection on 315 microfiche, along with a 129-page guide.

Complete in seven volumes.
