When the original position was clear, photographs were re-attached to the support page with wheat starch paste. If there was unique information, this was done in a way which allowed both sides to be imaged. If the original position of the photograph on the page or in the page order was not clear, the photograph was placed in a Mylar L-sleeve and placed where it was found.
