Account Representatives

Kenny Ragland joined the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in July 2004. Previously, Mr. Ragland worked for the Washington National Records Center. His experience at the records center includes supervising in the reference service branch. Mr. Ragland also worked as the Records Manager at the District of Columbia Records Center where he was in charge of preservation of agency records of the D.C. Government.

Karen A. Scott joined the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in the Record Center Program in January 2003. Previously, Ms. Scott worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a Compliance Specialist, where she enforced the rules and regulations of fruits and vegetables regulated under the 9 CFR domestic and imported orders.
