NHPRC Unveils New Logo and Receives Award

The National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC) unveiled its new logo, with the addition of the phrase "Documenting Democracy" to reflect is mission of promoting the preservation and use of America's documentary heritage essential to understanding our democracy, history, and culture.

The new logo also makes clear the connection with the National Archives vision that "Democracy Starts Here" in the records of American democracy.

The Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York recently bestowed its Archival Achievement Award to the NHPRC.
