Complaint In The Louisville Slugger Case

The complaint in this civil case delineates the charges that the Hillerich and Bradsby, Co. made against the Hanna Manufacturing, Co. of Athens, Georgia. The main issue was that Hanna was placing the names of professional ballplayers on the bats that it produced. Those players had exclusive endorsement deals with the Hillerich and Bradsby, Co. which made the Louisville Slugger bat.
