Report Of Submarine Attack

A German submarine sunk the SS Lammot Duponton the afternoon of April 23, 1942 500 miles southeast of Bermuda . After the ship sank, the German submarine surfaced and members of the crew made visual contact with the ship's survivors on a raft.
