House Raid

In the early morning of May 17, 1942, law enforcement and Navy officials raided the apartment of Harold C. Clark, owner of the beachfront hotel in which he resided. Members of the raiding party claimed that they had observed a flashing light in the apartment's window allegedly signaling another light off shore. There are several other documents in Clark's file, including letters, official statements, and reports.
