Operation Lumberjack (Declassified)

Executed on March 1, 1945, Operation Lumberjack was one of the last major operations of the European theater during World War II. According to the plan, General Omar Bradley's 12th Army Group cleared enemy forces from cities west of the Rhine River to set the conditions for a final push into Germany.
