The Herbert Hoover Presidential Library and Museum is excited to announce the beginning of a new monthly event. Ask an Archivist, Converse with a Curator aims to connect visitors with our archival and museum collections in a conversational forum with an up-close perspective.
Lynn Smith, audio visual archivist, will share a lighthearted look at activities and events the Hoovers participated in over the years. Whether it's fishing off the Florida coast or appearing on a TV show, it's all on film! Here's your chance to see Hoover family home movies and vintage newsreel films that are generally off display.
There are two sessions: 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tickets in advance are not required.
