Night at the Museum

The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum and Bryan Broadcasting present the annual “Night at the Museum” Children’s Costume Contest and Trick-or-Treating Halloween Celebration sponsored by Atkinson Toyota. The event will take place at the Bush Presidential Library and Museum on Sunday, October 28, from 3–6 p.m. Activities include trick-or-treating through the museum, carnival games, refreshments, bounce houses, face painting, a holiday photo op and a costume contest.
The costume contest has four children categories: 0-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-9 years and 10-12 years. There will also be a “Best Family/Group” and “Most original” category. There will be prizes in all categories, the top five winners of the children’s category and the top three winners of the best family/group and most original. Costumes will be judged in the Presidential Rotunda from 3-5 p.m. The contest winners will be announced at 5:30 p.m. on the plaza.

The Bush Library is located at 1000 George Bush Drive West, College Station, TX, and is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., with the exceptions of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
