Taken in August, 1973, at Cincinatti's Fountain Square, this photograph is from the EPA's DOCUMERICA Program to document subjects of environmental concern in America during the 1970s. The caption reads: "August brings the 'D’Aug Days' to Fountain Square. 'D’Aug Days' is a month long festival of arts presented to, for, and sometimes by, the people. At the Tyler Davidson Fountain, taking a bath is fun, 08/1973."
