Harry’s Hop ’n Hunt

Saturday, March 30, 2024, 10 am to 12:00 pm Harry’s Hop ’n Hunt in the east and south lawns of the Truman Library. 9:30 am Check-in begins at the south lawn
10:00 am Welcome and story time No. 1 with Independence Mayor Rory Rowland
10:15 am The Easter Bunny arrives
10:15 am White House Easter Egg Roll begins and continues until 12:00 pm
10:30 am KC Wolf and Lonita Cook Story time No. 2.
10:45 am Egg Hunt No. 1  (all eggs will be empty, bring your own basket)
11:00 am Harry S. Truman impersonator John Pritchard Story time No. 3 and Announce winners of candy counting contests
11:15 am Egg Hunt No. 2 (all eggs will be empty, bring your own basket)
11:30 am KC Wolf leaves
12:00 p.m. – The Easter Bunny goes back inside then leaves for the Square

Children will receive a goody bag with candy when they leave. Other activities: face painting, balloon twister, and photo booth.
