In the futuristic city of San Fransokyo, fourteen year old robotics genius Hiro Hamada just graduated high school. After a visit to his brother, Tadashi’s university, Hiro meets Tadashi’s newest invention: an adorable inflatable robot named Baymax. After a devastating tragedy catapults Hiro into a dangerous plot, Hiro must turn to Baymax and his close friends Go Go Tomago, Wasabi, Honey Lemon and Fred. Soon, Hiro transforms his friends into high-tech heroes, creating a team called Big Hero 6. Join us to see if this team of heroes can unite and save their city from nefarious robots. “Big Hero 6” is rated PG and is one hour and 42 minutes long.

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs as we enjoy this film under the stars. Games and free refreshments will begin at 7 p.m., and the movie will start just after sundown. You may bring your coolers, but please no pets or glass containers.

This summer’s movies are being shown in conjunction with the newest exhibit at the Bush Library and Museum, "Leonardo da Vinci: Machines in Motion." The exhibit celebrates the life of Leonardo da Vinci, a well-known painter, sculptor, musician, architect, engineer and anatomist. The exhibit includes life-sized and fully operational machines based on Leonardo’s original designs. Visitors may touch and set them in motion, combining a fascinating hands-on experience with an exploration of the principles he employed to create each machine. “Leonardo da Vinci: Machines in Motion” will be on display through January 6, 2019. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore Leonardo da Vinci’s legacy up close.
