11 AM: Presidential Wreath Laying at the Memorial Site of President Nixon
Laying of a memorial wreath sent from President Donald Trump. Remarks by Navy Rear Admiral CJ Jaynes (retired). Performances by the Navy Band Southwest's Brass Quintet. Formal Presentation of the Colors by U.S. Marines. National Anthem by First Marine Division Band. 1 PM: Annual Nixon Legacy Lecture with Bruce Herschensohn. Bruce Herschensohn served as Deputy Special Assistant to President Nixon.
