The Well-Lit Shadow is an original play inspired by archival materials from the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum, developed in collaboration with Kansas State University Theatre students as part of America 250.
This full stage production transforms historical documents from the Eisenhower era into a dynamic theatrical experience, showcasing the creativity and artistry of K-State students and faculty.
The Well-Lit Shadow is a commissioned work of fiction. Although it incorporates historical records from the Eisenhower Presidential Library, certain events and characters have been fictionalized for dramatic purposes.
