Also in the Rotunda is the exhibition "American Originals." From George Washington's Revolutionary War expense account to President Nixon's resignation speech, "American Originals" represents the larger historical record that documents our national life in all its complexity. It continues through 1998.
In the Circular Gallery, is "A New for the Arts." This exhibition presents a rich selection of artworks, documents and photographs telling the story of the Federal arts projects that employed painters, musicians, actors, writers, photographers and dancers during the Great Depression.
