National Archives to Host Conference on Records Management

College Park, MD. . .The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), will host the annual Records Management Conference (RACO 2000) on May 23, 2000, at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC. This year's theme is "Keeping up with the Digital Age," focusing on current technologies in the digital age and challenges facing records managers and information technologists.

The conference will feature panels on E-Commerce and Records Management: Implementing the Government Paperwork Elimination Act, updates on NARA's National Records Management Program, and a session on Frequently Asked Questions about Electronic Records Management.
