MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Records Management Training Payment Processing Deadlines for FY 2018 Course

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is making significant changes to its Records Management Training Program over the next two years. Several changes will take place over the next few months as we prepare to offer free training beginning on October 1, 2018

August 31, 2018 is the last day that NARA will process payments and refunds for training fees associated with FY 2018 training. All individual trainee and Memorandum of Understanding payment documents must be received by NARA by that date.

NARA will not issue refunds after August 31, 2018. Trainees that have cancelled courses and received a credit will be able to reschedule the training based on space available.
