MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY RECORDS OFFICERS: Annual Federal Agency Reporting Period Closes Friday, March 17, 2017.

I would like to remind agency records officers that the end of this year’s annual reporting period is this Friday, March 17, 2017. Agencies are required to submit the annual Records Management Self-Assessment (RMSA) and a supplemental Federal Email Management Report to NARA via the disseminated survey tool. The Senior Agency Official for Records Management (SAORM) Report must be submitted separately using the Microsoft Word template emailed to SAORMs on January 9, 2017.
