White House Recordings, Tape 64, a brief meeting during which three draft instructions on what information was to be passed on to Russian representative Kuznetsov during the post - Cuban Missile Crisis meetings were discussed. Tape 65, part 1 records a meeting that took place primarily between the President and the Belgian Foreign Minister Henri Spaak and an 11/29/62 NSC Meeting on Cuba. Tape 65, part 2 and tape 66, part 1 were primarily Defense Secretary McNamara's presentation to the President reviewing the Department of Defense budget for FY 1964.
