    Author Fred Burton joins the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum for a discussion about his book, "Beirut Rules: The Murder of a CIA Station Chief and Hezbollah's War Against America." The book tells about the unjust kidnapping and murder of CIA Station Chief William Buckley and the beginning of the ongoing battle between the CIA and Islamic radicalism.President Bush himself reviewed the book when it was first released saying, "It will show a new generation the value of a life well lived in service of country.""Beirut Rules" is the pulse-by-pulse account of Buckley's abduction, torture, and murder at the hands of Hezbollah terrorist. Drawing on never-before-seen US government documents, as well as interviews with Buckley's former coworkers, friends and family, Fred Burton and co-author Samuel M. Katz reveal how the pursuit to find Buckley in the wake of his kidnapping ignited a war against terror that continues to shape the Middle East to this day.Fred Burton is Vice President of Intelligence and Counterterrorism at Stratfor, a leading geopolitical intelligence firm, and one of the world's foremost experts on security, terrorists, and terrorist organizations. He is a former State Department counterterrorism deputy chief and DSS agent.     The College Station Easter Celebration, modeled after the annual White House Easter Egg Roll, has been hosted by the Bush Library and Museum in partnership with the College Station Police Department since 1999, but the event has a long tradition in College Station. The police department has been putting on this event since its humble beginnings in 1982.The event is free and registration is only required for those who wish to participate in the door prize drawings.Special prizes donated by local merchants will be awarded at the event, including a bicycle and helmet to be given to a boy and girl in each of three age categories: 3 and under, 4-5, 6-7. To be eligible for one of the prizes, parents must register their children in advance by completing a registration form availablehere, and you must be present at the stage at 10:15 in order to win.In addition to the Bush Library and the City of College Station, sponsors of the College Station Easter Celebration include Peace 107, Candy 95 and WTAW Newstalk 1620.Free parking for the event will be available in Lots 43,111, Fan Field and the gravel lot off Research Parkway.Barbara Bush Drive will be closed at 8:30 a.m., so attendees should enter the parking lots from Research Park.
