ERA Legacy Schedules
To create a Transfer Request in ERA for an imminent transfer to the National Archives, the user must select the disposition authority for the records. Many, but not all, approved disposition authorities have been entered into ERA and are available. Please refer to this user's guide for Searching Legacy Record Schedules (DAL) in ERA 2.0.
The ERA Base Legacy Records Schedules report will assist Federal agencies and serve as a temporary crosswalk until all legacy record schedules (DALs) are migrated over to ERA 2.0. The crosswalk identifies legacy schedules and items when creating a Transfer Request, TR for the Annual Move. This report was last downloaded from ERA Base around March 2023. Please note that some of the items may have recently been superseded by a DAA. If you have any questions about the report, please send all inquiries to: email@example.com. For those authorities not yet entered, NARA staff will add them to ERA upon request.
