Contracting Records Recovery Services

1. Identify the services you need. To help, here are tasks NARA has found may be needed for records recovery: Records Recovery Services.

2. Compile service needs and other requirements, and incorporate in a contract. Here is a sample Performance Work Statement and Contract Template. It is designed for use by federal and other government authorities, but will also be helpful for anyone working with commercial vendors.

Website links to examples of vendors who provide these services below. These examples are for information only, and inclusion should not be viewed as an endorsement of the quality of the vendor's services by NARA. They are arranged by service categories, so some company names may appear more than once.
